1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Change of Mind return is possible but Courier Pickup Fee Must Paid By customer which is AED 30.
  • If item not work so we offer free Replacement. 
  • Item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Note: Personalized, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments) are non-returnable unless defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear images (if item is damaged/defective)

  2. Our support team will confirm your eligibility and share the return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Then contact us if needed.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send photos of the damaged/wrong item for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. After this window, the order may already be in process or dispatched.
